KEY INFORMATION

  • Virtual sessions are hosted on Teams, Facetime, or Facebook Messenger.

  • Upon purchase of the 1:1 Virtual Coaching Session, you will receive an email to set up your One-on-One date and time.  Availability will be determined via email, with a selection of various dates and times to choose from. Your session can be scheduled anywhere from 2 weeks - 6 months out.
