The hourly rate covers all techniques and products necessary to enhance your hair's quality and achieve your desired look. During your complimentary consultation, you'll receive a detailed quote for color or other services, along with a clear price guarantee for color, cut, and styling.

  • I serve the Greater Chicago area, and additional travel fees will apply for locations outside this region. Parking fees and gratuities are not included and will be charged separately.

To ensure a complete and seamless experience, I will arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.

CANCELATION POLICY

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, the following terms apply:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

  • No-shows or appointments not canceled will be charged the full price (100%) of the scheduled service(s).

  • If a deposit is required, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • Appointments booked within 48 hours are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages will be sent 48 hours in advance via SMS and email to the contact information provided during booking.

LATE POLICY

If you are running late, please let me know in advance. If you fail to call or arrive excessively late, I may need to reschedule your appointment.

REFUND and REDO POLICY

Your satisfaction is my top priority! While it’s rare, if for any reason you feel your needs haven’t been fully met, I invite you to reach out within one week (7 days) of your service. While I do not offer monetary refunds, I’m happy to work with you to create a look that you absolutely love. Your feedback is a gift, and I’m committed to making sure you walk away feeling happy and confident with your hair.
