From Structure to Creativity:
Our lives are shaped not just by where we go, but by the stories those places tell us. Mine has been woven through five countries, each offering a chapter of diverse experiences that expanded my horizons and deepened my aesthetic vision.
My journey began with discipline and resilience at a military academy, followed by a Master’s degree in Electronics, where I learned to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable solutions. That ability to simplify and elevate thinking would later define my approach to beauty education.
When my wife opened her salon, I became immersed in the creative world of hair, supporting the business while discovering a deep passion for the industry and the craft. I made the bold decision to leave engineering behind and start over as an apprentice, dedicating myself fully to mastering cutting, color, and education.
In 2006, I joined one of the world’s leading color companies, where I spent 16 years in global education leadership roles across North America and beyond. From developing educators and launching iconic products to leading large-scale training programs, my focus has always been on empowering artists and elevating education.
Mentorship is at the heart of everything I do. In 2024, I founded i.E., an independent advanced education platform dedicated to education that is not just taught - but experienced, lived, and felt.
