SEMINAR PRACTICES & POLICIES.

i.E stands for “THAT IS” world-leading hair education.

All classes are led by Galini Hristov.

  • Our courses offer an immersive, hands-on learning experience directly with GALINI.

  • We provide both one-day and two-day training options to fit your schedule.

  • The vibe? Relaxed, down-to-earth, and fun because that's the best way to learn.

  • With a maximum of eight attendees per instructor, you'll get plenty of personalized, hands-on attention. If attendance exceeds eight during the practical sessions, we'll bring in a support instructor to ensure everyone gets the focus they deserve.

    Note: All hands-on courses, except “One-on-One Virtual Sessions,” are exclusively for licensed hairdressers.

Flipped classroom: PRE-DURING-POST

In our flipped classroom, you'll dive into new content at your own pace with provided materials, while our in-person sessions focus on hands-on practice, lively discussions, and interactive activities that bring it all to life.

Each training program is structured in three phases to ensure a comprehensive learning experience:

  • PRE-training: Once your class is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with course details and an invite to a one-hour Virtual Session. During this session, we will cover key theory and essential knowledge before your practical session. We will set expectations, assign pre-work, and ensure you're prepared for a successful and enjoyable learning experience.

  • DURING training: Your in-person seminar will include practical hands-on sessions, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, and post-work assignments to reinforce learning and application.

  • POST training: Four weeks after the seminar, you will have a 30-minute post-training "one-on-one" call to review your progress, address any lingering questions, and receive continued support.

FEES

The course fees cover the pre-, during, and post-seminar phases, as well as all course materials, including your mannequin(s) or model(s). If you work on mannequins, you may take them home at the end of the seminar, except for the “Blow-dry & Finish” seminar.

Please note: You are required to bring your own tools, including scissors, razors, combs, clips, brushes, and blow dryers. A complete toolkit list will be sent to you prior to each seminar to ensure you're fully prepared.

T&E (Travel & Expenses)

T&E expenses, if required, are in addition to the class fees and include transportation, meals, and accommodation. Parking fees and gratuities are not included.

  • Within Chicago city limits: $50 travel fee + parking costs.

  • Bookings outside Chicago city limits (within a 4-hour round trip): $50 travel fee + $1 per mile + all parking costs.

  • Travels exceeding 4 hours: $950 travel day fee + flight, transportation, and accommodation costs.

Important Notice: A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of your registration. Please make hotel and travel arrangements after receiving this confirmation email. By booking an education course, you agree to our terms and conditions.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and cash.. If you reside outside the USA or prefer to use an alternative payment method, please contact us for assistance.

Note: All credit card payments are subject to a 3.6% merchant fee.

CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS

We aim to be flexible and understanding. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us at info@hairandeducation.com

  • More than 21 days’ notice: Cancellations or changes made more than 21 days before your scheduled course are subject to a 15% processing fee.

  • Less than 21 days’ notice: We are unable to offer refunds, but you’ll receive a credit to reschedule, valid for 120 days from the original course date.

  • No-shows: If you do not attend your course and haven’t contacted us in advance, you forfeit your tuition. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • No cash refunds.

    Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice and refund your full tuition.

  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

  • Eligibility: A valid cosmetology license is required for all hands-on seminars.

PRIVACY

We respect your email privacy. We will never rent, trade, or give your information to any third party for any reason.

THE FIRST RULE OF COPYRIGHT

You're welcome to take videos during class - for personal use only. Feel free to share fun moments and course highlights! However, uploading full educational content online or on social media is not allowed without our written permission. All video content is protected by copyright and remains the property of our team.
